Unbolt-D-Medley is an initiative of United India Film’s Unbolt Club, nurturing the art of writing. The theme for the writings invited can be a Poem / Monologue /Soliloquy / Article on India upon 70 years of independence, Feminism, inspiration from a persona you observe, Indian politics, Travel experience, (u can also include nostalgia or memories), different kinds of people or unique person, any social concept and your aesthetic observation.
Following are the guidelines to participate. Please read the rules and regulations before registering
- There is no registration fee for participating.
- The writing event is open for ANY language.
- The theme for the writings invited can be a Poem / Monologue /Soliloquy / Article on India upon 70 years of independence, Feminism, inspiration from a persona you observe, Indian politics, Travel experience, (u can also include nostalgia or memories), different kinds of people or unique person, any social concept and your aesthetic observation.

*The theme can be anything – a poem / an experience / Monologue /Soliloquy
The writing contest is open to anyone who at the time of entry is over the age of 13.
- The script should not be more than 2000 words.
The script should be typed in word document (A4 Sized)
We do not accept the scanned copies or images of the writings and the same will be disqualified
The best contents would be taken forward to make short films / poem based short
film with prior consent from the contestant

Any unoriginal and published works will be disqualified from the contest
It is eligible if the writing is been written in collaboration with a co-author. If the co-author ensures that you fill in their name during the process of registration
All personal information, such as address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth, is collected solely for the purposes of administering this competition and shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes
Candidates pledge that their submission is an original work and that they own all rights to the submission. The organising firm is not responsible for any breach of this pledge. In submitting their work, each participant grants the organiser the following licenses free of charge:
-The right to edit, abridge, or excerpt the work for promotional purposes.
-Finalists and winners agree to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes related to this competition, free of charge. However this will be in consent with the author.
Attractive prizes and vouchers for the best writings will be awarded.
A digitally signed Participation certificate to be provided for every participant.
Please note – The Certificate shall be emailed to the contestant’s email id.
The jury member / panel decision would be final and the team has full rights not to disclose the judgemental remarks of the panel / jury members
